Welcome to EKT Designs! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website and the services we provide, including our mobile charm bar experiences. By using our site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

EKT Designs provides custom charm bar setups for private events, parties, and celebrations. Each booking is customized based on the event details provided by the client.

2. Booking & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

  • The remaining balance must be paid by the date stated on your invoice.

  • Payments are accepted through our approved online platforms or invoices.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Because we reserve your event date exclusively for you, all deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client (you) is responsible for providing accurate event details, ensuring proper space and access for setup, and supervising guests during the event. Any damages to our materials or display caused by negligence will be billed to the client.

5. EKT Designs Responsibilities

We’ll arrive on time, provide the agreed-upon charm selection and setup, and ensure a professional, high-quality experience. However, we’re not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, illness, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, and content on our website and social media belong to EKT Designs. You may not use them without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

EKT Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

9. Updates

We may update these Terms at any time, and changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
